Pros: nothing Cons: there were animals in the room, the toilet stank, and there were lots of yellow stains on the toilet bowl, we had the remote control from another room and not from ours, no staff at the reception for the entire 3 days. really terrible.
If it weren't for the technical issue, it would have been fine, now I'm not sure if I would book again.
Pros: Small, but totally fine for one night. Prices could be adjusted for the very small rooms. Cons: Some parts should have been cleaned more thoroughly. What was unacceptable was that due to an error, we could only enter the room at 15:00 instead of 14:00, but no one was available after 14:00. This made us feel very abandoned and angry. These are definitely clear deductions. Only the emergency number could help us after the second call, but was overwhelmed by their own normal hotel operations in Bavaria (?) to assist us further.
