Through,y enjoyed our stay. Very restful and comfortable

Pros: Everything. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast very nice. Staff excellant. We had a problem with the toilet which they sorted straightaway. Cons: Nothing although would have liked an easy chair in the bedroom where could sit annd read although probably not enough room for that.

5 star service at a wonderful hotel

Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff and service. I had booked a non-refundable room for my mum's 85th birthday but she fell ill before and was not able to make the original booking dates. However, Anna, the manager, was incredibly understanding and allowed me to rebook the room a couple of months later when I knew my mum was healthy enough to travel. My mum was over the moon not to miss out on this beautiful hotel. I travel frequently for work and have never had such an easy and lovely experience dealing with a very stressful situation. Pros: Nothing Cons: V small room tiny balcony seaview obstructed by pier. Dirty stained carpet and uncomfortable old springy bed certainly not worth £150. Rip off! Nothing like the website rooms need a good refurbishment.
