Well equipped apartment, but wouldn't stay again as unable to sleep

Pros: Property was near many amenities and train station, really clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Check in was super easy, even with our last minute booking which made for a smooth arrival Cons: It was impossible to sleep. VERY thin blind meaning daylight streamed through in both rooms from 4.30am until 10.30pm and loud, heavy street noise (buses, cars, motorbikes etc) all night long. We ended up buying a stick on black out blind and white noise machine for our daughters room and eyemasks and earplugs for us. £80 extra cost for a short stay. Great location, value for money, needs better maintenance

Pros: Location Cons: Cleanliness. Had some maintenance issues. Kitchen could have been better equipped. The utensils all are very old. The main bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. So, can't use it for shower. The second bathroom didn't have hooks or hangers. Not very practical

Pros: Property is close to local amenities and public transport Cons: Location is very noisy. Window in bedroom without on suite does not close fully and the flat looks out onto a very busy road. Water pressure is non existent expect a dribble shower. Flat boasts professional cleaning but upon arrival there were chocolate wrappers and someone’s wet towels in the room. The flat itself is run down. Most of the furniture could do with updating its one gust of wind away from crumbling. Careful with the dining room chairs they rock side to side! The mattresses are awful so if your not used to sleep
