Modern Apartment - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

It was adequate.

Pros: Good location...quiet street, close to shops and laundromat. Place was clean. Kitchen and living areas were spacious. Cons: The apartment was not secure. There was a door that could not be locked, in the main bedroom, which led to the rear staircase. We put our suitcase against the door from the inside to provide some sense of security. There were four of us, so it was really not a problem, but if it was only a couple..I am not so sure. Also there was no toaster...we bought one and left it for the next visitor. There was no dining table and chairs to eat at.

Clean comfortable rental.

Pros: Very clean with good bedding and linens. Good WiFi and new appliances. Nice comfortable place. Cons: It was upstairs - hard for older people to climb. Might sleep six but not enough seating - could use a couple of chairs.

A great place in a quiet neighborhood!

Pros: Very convenient, spacious. nice quiet neighborhood. Our son is in college nearby so this was the perfect place to stay the night or for the weekend. We had to book at the last minute because our hotel reservation got messed up. Our host could not have been more accommodating or easier to work with! Cons: N/A

Pleasant, suburban environment, clean apartment

Pros: I really liked the suburban environment, the authentic American countryside. Cons: It took a bit of time to get to Manhattan, but those who want to stay in the suburbs should not expect to get there quickly :-)

Pros: A quiet area, close to the ferry. The apartment was very spacious. Cons: There were too few towels in the apartment and the kitchen was not adequately equipped. There were ants in the kitchen. The front door was difficult to open.
