Modern apartment in Leamington Spa City Centre

Disappointed with the standard of cleanliness.

Pros: The situation of the property is very convenient for the town centre. The host was very friendly & had provided milk & water for which we were grateful. The accommodation suited our needs. If the issues mentioned are addressed we would return. Cons: The shower in the main bedroom didn’t work properly I had to use the one in the other bedroom, also the plug hole cover was loose. No shelf to put toiletries & nowhere to hang towels. Cutlery & cooking utensils dirty, had to be washed thoroughly before I could use them. The fridge had not been cleaned, it had an item left by previous custom

My team were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property very tidy and moder

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment Alain very nice gentleman welcomed my team And showed them around the property Cons: All good

Great place in the town center, will be staying again

The location to the town center, with parking was perfect, the 2 en suite bedroom s was a bonus and it had absolutely everything you need in a stay including the best cutlery drawer I’ve ever seen !!!

spacious apartment in town centre

Pros: Large apartment, easy access to town. Cons: could have been cleaner. heavy dust in areas, (e.g under bed as dropped something and saw the thick dust and at the back of the headboard and skirting area and into corners etc which just affects the over all feeling of very clean), fingerprints on wardrobe mirror doors etc and black grout in shower but beds clean, towels all good

Good accommodation in the heart of Leamington

Pros: Great location close to the centre of Leamington with parking outside the property. Alain is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and is on hand for any queries. The property is clean, nicely presented and well equipped. It was great to have tea & coffee provided, and the fresh milk & bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch too. Cons: Bathrooms need some hooks or rails to hang towels. My preference would be to have black out curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. Bedside tables are a bit small, and the lamp leaves limited space for personal items.
