We had to cancel upon arrival because there was no way to safely get our suitcases up those stairs.

Pros: The stairs on both sides were treacherous, so I had to send my teen. She said it was not a good idea to try. Cons: I have some mobility issues, but I can ascend reasonable stairs; neither set was acceptable. My kid said it looked like a hostile as beds greeted her at the door. If you have any mobility issues, knee pain, or similar concerns, this is not for you. Getting the luggage up the stairs would be a feat in itself.
