Dreamy, modern, spacious apartment in unfortunately not such a good area.
Pros: The modern apartment is extremely spacious, super equipped. Everything you need is available, including basic groceries like coffee + filter, spices - also in the bathroom there was everything possible like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The apartment offers plenty of storage space. Great big windows and superb view. The bus stops are just around the corner. Communication with the landlady worked well via WhatsApp, she was always available and very helpful. For introduction, there was an extremely helpful apartment guide where the whole process is described in detail. Super fast
Reasonably priced apartment close to city centre
Pros: Spacious, good layout. Comfortable and well equipped.
Cons: On the edge of a seedy part of town. Although neighbors were quiet, street noise was intrusive throughout the night

Cons: As others have said, the area can be a little scary with the number of homeless drug users. However, I did walk around a lot (during the day) as a lone female and I was not bothered by anyone. It is also extremely easy to get Ubers. Everything you need in a great location
Pros: I loved everything about it! Yes, the location being right in the downtown area can be noisy, but there’s not much they can do about that. The building itself was absolutely silent. I could not hear any of the neighbors.
Cons: It’s a little bit noisy in that location, but that’s part of the deal and staying downtown.
