Pros: The location was great! You should say it is in Cleveland Heights. Walking distance to Coventry, Little Italy and Lake View Cemetery. Cons: The only reason I rated it bad was due to the lack of response getting the Hot water fixed. When I got up on Saturday there was no hot water. My son can confirm that there was no hot water. When we got back that night still no hot water along with no information. If I was contacted to tell me when it would be fixed it, would have change this rating.
