Modern High Rise One Bedroom at Icon Brickell (W)

I had a horrible expirience

Pros: The building from floor 15 uñ wa ssuper cold Cons: Nothing we didnt have air conditioner and they dont gove you any info and dont care

it was good or bad I got told at the front desk that I couldn’t get anything DoorDash to the hotel, my key was not worki

Pros: I like how it looks exactly like the picture Cons: I didn’t like the fact that my key did not work at all and I had to keep the front desk to let me on my floor

Good location, in the centre of Brickell, minutes from the Brickell City Centre and restaurant and bars , with an incredible view, the spa is very nice too, I love this building.

“The flat is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view is absolutely stunning, the location is perfect,

Pros: Best location! Super host! Cons: I loved everything-its such a beautiful flat- I am definitely gonna stay here again when I am back!

Very disappointing and misleading experience!

Pros: Nothing Cons: Very disappointing and misleading experience. The listing advertises access to a swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons I booked this apartment. Upon arrival I was informed by the building reception that the pool has been closed for months. This was never disclosed in the listing, which makes the description highly misleading. Access to the apartment was also poorly handled. I did not receive proper instructions in advance and the entry code initially did not work, leaving me locked out while my luggage remained inside the apartment. Communication from the host
