Excellent. One small point, we used some of the milk in the fridge and it had gone off, might be worth checking them!

Perfect stay for a trip to Edgbaston with plenty of takeaway options
Pros: Good location for going to the cricket. The house was clean, easy to access and communication was clear. Good shower in the bathroom and cosy living room. Cons: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was okay for a couple of nights. The kitchen didn’t have many utensils, oven trays, pots etc for cooking.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Good sleep
Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable. I was there for a conference and had everything I needed. They even left some Nespresso pods! Cons: Everything was good. Unfortunately the heatwave made it difficult to sleep as the bedroom was very hot. Location was good for city center 25-30min walk. Campus about 49min walk.

Comfortable, warm, convenient
Pros: Lovely house, genuinely cosy and compact but perfectly proportioned - ideal for one or two as advertised, kitchen perfectly functional and in good nick, living room comfy and everything very clean. Bed really comfy which is always a plus. Big smart TVs in both living room and bedroom, water pressure excellent in shower and nice and warm throughout. Hosts left some nice wee welcome items like chocolate and tea which was very sweet. Location is very easy for buses and had a driveway for parking if you need it. Cons: A bit of a walk to nearest shops and you have to contend with some busy ro
