You will be sorry if you book this place.
Cons: This property is a scam. We booked months in advance for our stay. We arrived at the property only to find it unclean, covered in the filth of the previous guests. The bed was unmade with dirty, used sheets, there was the previous guests’ trash in the apartment, dirty towels stacked on the living room table, dirty, unvacuumed floors, and the sheets for the sofa bed were stacked on the floor of the closet. We were told that someone would be by in 5 minutes to clean the mess, so we told the owner we would wait. It was a lie. After waiting for nearly an hour, we contacted the owner again. T

Great place to stay just 30 minutes by subway to Downtown Boston.
Pros: Lived staying in Quincy and just 30 minutes by subway to downtown Boston. Enjoyed walking around Quincy South and to Avalon and USS Salem. Cons: A little traffic noise occasionally but bot late at night. A short but steep set of stairs to the apartment.
