Great facility very overpriced for the disregard of your quiet enjoyment and refund not as portrayed.
Pros: Clean, well maintained, ample facility. Cons: Wifi didnt work after notifying owner. Construction for 2 days right on the front porch into the evening hours; zero quiet enjoyment. Owner said he’d fix the problem after the first day and the contractor was still working on the front porch the 2nd day also. Woke up first morning by owner doing a walk around with the contractor and talking loud enough OUTSIDE to wake me up INSIDE. Disregard for my use of the facilities despite paying $3400 for 4 nights including tax. He apologized and said he’d refund me 1 night’s stay but only refunded
