Modern Seaside Townhouse feat Sauna near Brighton

Great place with great hosts and a superb location near Shoreham-by-Sea.

Pros: Great property, loads of room. Very accessible to town. I actually booked this last minute without doing any research. It was much further from Brighton than I had anticipated, but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We got to discover Shoreham with lots of little restaurants and bars and can highly recommend. There is a train station nearby, so the trip to Brighton is very simple and relatively quick at about 15 minutes. Cons: The property is spread over four floors with stairs. We are OK with that, but I would suggest you avoid if you have problems with stairs.

Proximity to town centre and train station to Brighton.

Pros: Everything, lovely area. Met Dan the host. Really good. Cons: The cockerel in the street. Nothing to do with the host, but started at 3am

Pros: Nice modern townhouse, very clean & cool at night due to the fans. Close proximity to the beach (5min walk) for sea swims. Cons: Close to quite a busy road however the fan or TV were good for blocking it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The house was full of charm, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the care that has clearly been put into making this place special. It was a pleasure to stay here and we made some lovely memories. Thank you to the hosts for their kindness and for creating such a wonderful place. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return one day.
