Large house. Multiple amenities didn't work & hosts were unhelpful WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

Pros: My honest review - Nothing and hosts were very rude. See photos. Cons: We booked this property for a family celebration and unfortunately, several essential amenities did not work for the entire stay. All reported promptly and repeatedly at the time: TV — did not work at any point. Reported twice, including sending video. Cleaner came over the next day to tyr and repair and could not repair. Never fixed. WiFi — did not work throughout. Reported upon arrival and we then spent much of the second day morning troubleshooting with the host (router resets, alternative networks) with no succe

Pros: Overall it was acceptable. Cons: Single mattress against wall, no spare linen. Very tired building needs a lot of work doing to it.

Pros: Nothing Cons: Dirty floors, curtains, bedding, fridge,freezer,washing machine, dishwasher, worktops.kitchen units with badly fitted doors. Dust everywhere. Boiler broke down. Water leaking from ensuite through ceiling onto communal hallway on ground floor. No WiFi.No hoover, brooms dustpan and brush etc.Ant colonies on kitchen island and worktops and on stairs. Screws,nails, bits of plastic, bits of concrete over the lawn. Water coming out of boiler vent directly over patio, large ceramic dog with broken legs leaving dangerous Sharpe edges. Pros: Good location Clean Fast response for the heating problem. Friendly customer service Cons: Beds mattresses and pillows are very bad quality that caused sleepless night... We did not bring our quilt... No good sleep... If they changed them it become so good
