It was not clean and it also smelled very unpleasant.
Pros: Only the furnishings and that it is right on the Weser river. Cons: It was not clean, we could hardly sleep for two nights because it was so unhygienic and smelled unpleasant. As well as dust and cobwebs. Windows and mirrors were smeared with stains. I would be uncomfortable renting something like that.
Pros: Very nice apartment with a large bathroom. Cons: The terrace was not usable, as there was no key available and unfortunately the ventilation was very loud, so the sleep was not very restful.
We will definitely come back!
Great location and great value for money. A very nice apartment on the Weser river, close to restaurants, ice cream parlor, kiosk, etc. Nice contact with the landlady.

Beautiful apartment in a special location.
The apartment is beautifully located right on the Weser river and is equipped with everything (and a little more) you need for a few quiet, relaxing days. We were there for the second time and would be happy to stay there again next time.
