Pros: Everything needed was available. The key handover solution worked well. Also, the pre-info was very friendly and informative. Thank you very much. Cons: Unfortunately, the weather was still too cold at the booked time. It was "unfortunate" that the heating was turned off.

Pros: The location was more or less good, but the town offered few restaurants for dinner
Pros: The location was more or less good, but the town offered few restaurants for dinner. The apartment was very bright. Cons: We would have liked to have a microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen sink did not drain well, the opening and closing mechanism of the drain was broken. The lid of the trash cans was also broken. We only had breakfast, the rest of the meals were eaten outside. I did not like at all that the bed sheets were not ironed. The location on the third floor without an elevator made it difficult to carry the suitcases up and down.
