Pros: UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE — DIRTY, MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am writing this review because I genuinely hope it prevents other guests from going through the experience we had.

From the moment we arrived at Molland Manor House, we felt uncomfortable. The lady who greeted us was abrupt and, in our experience, aggressive. Before we had even properly entered the property, she was already making an issue about the way we had parked the car. Very little was explained to us properly, and even breakfast had to be pre-ordered within a limited two-hour slot.
