Pros: La ubicación del hotel, tranquilo y lindos sitios para comer El confort de la habitación La decoración de las habitaciones La decoración del resto de los ambientes del hotel Cons: El servicio de limpieza, dejamos a proósito un papelito en el borde de la ducha y nos acompañó durante toda la estadía :( El desayuno para ser un 5 estrellas fue pobre y poca variedad, la atención del personal del desayunador (salvo la anfitriona), fue con altibajos. Nos cobraron 2 cafés doble expreso en el desayuno sin mencionarnos que eso no estaba incluido! Personal del front desk poco capacitado (Sof

Excellent hotel.
The service was outstanding, every member of the staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast is always amazing, Jesus gave me great recommendations and was outstanding with his hospitality.
