Nice , comfortable stay, friendly staff and great location for train station
Pros: I liked that they kindly upgraded us after raising concerns about noise during our last stay. They also left a drink and sweet treat in the room which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast service was very good. Cons: We were in a split level suite and the top floor was a little too hot. I'm not sure if the aircon reached the top floor. Just mentioning in case helpful for future guests.
Pros: Ottima soluzione per che deve stare nella city. Vicina anche alla metro per chi deve invece muoversi. Hotel molto caratteristico. Colazione molto buona. Cons: Presenza di moquette nelle camere.
Great Accommodation in a great location
Pros: Location & ease of check in & out. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of freshly cooked food. Cons: Nothing to dislike - I stay here every visit to London every couple of months.
Let down by a couple of staff and non working aircon
Pros: Good location in historic building, mostly friendly helpful staff Cons: Aircon didn't work and maintenance men weren't interested in fixing it, best they could do was switch it off and on and no follow up as promised. Room was cramped.
