A perfect stay

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Few little complementary extras which was a surprise. Lovely staff. Excellent location.

All i had hoped for and more.

Pros: Welcoming staff, upgrade to my original room,suprise bottle in room on arrival, nothing too much trouble for staff, located in middle of theatre land,close to china town leicester square, soho gardens, oxford street. Cons: Quality accommodation,staff,location,price.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for theatre, China town, Carbaby Street, etc. would definitely recommend and look forward

Beautifully clean, very quiet, even though it’s on a very busy street. The staff are lovely, very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, gorgeous bed, crisp linen and fluffy towels. Great shower and lots of little extras, such as water, face pads, cotton buds, tissues etc.
