Pros: The staff nicely decorated the room for my birthday. People at the front desk were wonderful. I don't understand the doorman. He never greeted us or said hello He just opened the door. If you're going to have a doorman, he should be friendly. Cons: See above.

Hotel in a excellent location and plenty do to around the area so would book again.

We stayed in this hotel as we were going to the theatre and dinner and John Lewis Oxford Street cooking school class. Everything was walking distance to the hotel which was in a brilliant location. Gail's cafe next door which is great for early morning coffee. A lot of choice around the hotel for dinner and shopping on Oxford Street/ Regent Street. My second time here and I would definitely book again.

Location was excellent and the rooms were good for the price.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish

Pros: The room was beautiful and comfortable, with excellent facilities including free fruit and water and complimentary wine and cake! The staff were so helpful and attentive, and I really like the fact the reception area is locked at night to keep people in the hotel safe from people on the streets Cons: Probably the only thing I could mention is I would have liked a couple more English Breakfast teabags in the room, but that is literally the only thing I can think of!
