Pros: Good Cons: Good

Horrid stench and terrible room condition

If we can give 0 as a rating we would. The first thing when we open room door is horrid stenches. There were cracks and wall damages, broken blinds, molds in the washroom. We had originally booked multiple nights but only stayed 1 night. luckily Expedia customer service came to the rescue to help us canceled the remaining of our stay as we had came in the middle of the night and we needed time to rest up and book at another hotel that was in better condition and feel safer.

Pros: Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Cons: Die Handtücher hatten Löcher. Eine Zimmertür war nicht abschließbar, da das Schloss defekt war. Die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Needs some attention.

Pros: Close to everything Cons: Run down, mold in shower, Towels were discolored Door handle was broke AC’s worked but pieces were broken off of them. Saw a mouse
