Pros: I asked for a quiet room and had total silence and an upgrade to a balcony. I was personally shown to my room. Lovely caring staff. Cons: Avocado was under ripe and poached eggs over cooked but I feel that was unlucky. Breakfast room was lovely as were staff.

Food was good but had tummy pains afterwards and spent night in the bathroom
