Pros: hotel location peace in the hotel and surroundings proximity to underground and bus station Cons: there is no refrigerator the space is small even for 3 people, beds from wall to wall there were not enough wardrobes to store luggage uneven floors and everything padded
Comfortable and convenient stay, but cleanliness and reception security could be improved.
Pros: The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and lovely and cool, especially as the weather was very hot during our stay. We requested a ground floor room as there is no lift, and they accommodated this, which we really appreciated. Cons: When we arrived, the front door was unlocked and there was nobody at reception, with several guests’ bags left unattended. As we were told reception is staffed 24 hours, this was a little concerning from a security point of view. Someone arrived after around five minutes. The wall beside our bed also had some dirty/greasy-looking marks,
