Pros: We loved the price Cons: Well the mattress was a little hard. And it got a little noisy do to some other costumes coming in and out between the hours of 1:am to 3:am hours, slamming doors and talking loud.
Don't stay here
Pros: Nothing really. It wasn't as close to the airport as I asked. Cons: There's nothing around it but the entrance to the university. The room was too big for the small, full size bed, not a queen. It was so barebones that even the walls were empty. Too expensive for what's offered. The bathroom sink had been badly damaged and since they charge a $100 security deposit, I took a photo and went to the front desk. The man wasn't happy about it and told me that "thousands of people had stayed in that room like that and no one had a problem." This is the worst place I've booked through Booking.
Good Value
Pros: Clean room, no bugs, cheap price, excellent location, close to grocery store, easy to regulate heat and a/c, We asked for an extra chair and they brought it in, it was very nice and appreciated. I asked for a plunger to get the toilet to go down better, and they quickly found me one and the problem was resolved. The lack of fitness center and breakfast were fine since it is was so close to a grocery and it was easy to run outside. The price was much cheaper than nearby hotels. Cons: N/A

Pros: Everything was relatively clean. Beds / pillows very comfy.Hot water,well adjustable temperature for water and A/C . White towels,soap bars,toilet paper were in the room.Ice machine in hallway.Microwave in lobbyTV in room.. Very friendly staff. Cons: No Fan in a washroom, so all the moisture after you take a shower stays there. Linens washed but not white clean ,I found some stains on them.Covers of the beds had holes from sigarets. Everything old and outdated. Scatchy black people smoking around the facility,sitting on ground ( sitting in groups 3,4 persons) at night and on days).
