Appalling and disgusting, makes me question how Booking.com vets the places they put in there website

Pros: NOTHING Cons: Everything; wasn’t the greatest area and signs everywhere stating to lock your vehicles. We were driving back home and we decided to stop for the night and get some rest we were fighting to stay awake. We were not even there 3hrs before my son broke out in big bites! The room was infested in bed bugs! We were not the only room with this problem. The room across from us also was leaving at the same time we were. To pack everything up at 2am in the morning with my son. Still haven’t heard anything from the hotel besides a basic message with no refund! I have pictures and have

Pros: I liked how helpful and kind they were to myself and my fiance. I liked it was close to a walmart. Cons: That i know the room wasn't clean as hoped certain areas but i always clean when i arrive i always check for bugs. Also the sheet was dirty i offered to change sheet but they offered .

Decent Stay in Amherst

Pros: The staff were kind and let me check in early. The hotel was also very pet-friendly. The wifi was strong and stable. Cons: Toiletries or shampoo dispensers would have been appreciated.
