Cons: Our room was disgusting. It was cockroach and fly infested and the bathtub would not drain. It was loud outside and other guests were playing loud music. The room was poorly insulated against sound. The bed covers were dirty.

A foul establishment.
Pros: I liked that the property was close to the train station. Cons: There were cockroaches, dead flies, rats in the walls, and a domestic dispute outside. The motel was absolutely disgusting.

You can still clean and be a cheap motel.
Pros: The location. Cons: There was roaches in the room. They don't clean. The floor was not swept or mopped. The toilet seat had pee, trash in the trash can. I know is a cheap motel, that does not bother me. Just clean and do something with the roaches.
