Pros: Nothing Cons: Prostitution was happening around the building and drug dealers were lingering the building parking lot had underwear and used condoms on the floor

Pros: Front desk clerk was friendly an water was hot an bed was comfortable! Cons: Drug dealers an prostitutes all around motel , can't even walk to your car or outside without a person asking you to buy drugs!!!!!!, couldn't even pull into motel after going out without them blocking entrance an walking up to your car window I'll never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Run for your lives!!!!

Pros: Being able to leave with my life. It was so u safe literally crackhead zombies walking up to your car. Cons: I genuinely do not know how this property is still accepting reservations. I was in Charlotte for the Iron Maiden concert and wasn’t looking for anything fancy. I just needed a basic, reasonably clean room where I could safely leave my dog during the show and sleep afterward. I checked the reviews beforehand, they didn’t seem terrible, and I paid online. When I arrived, I checked into Room 101 and also paid the $50 pet deposit. The second I walked into the room, it became obviou

Be careful!!

Pros: Price Cons: Room smelled like mold, mold all around the bathtub, room dirty, I literally seen some people outside smoking a Crack stem in public like it was a cigarette.
