Nice place to stay for families or workers very quiet and comfortable.

Pros: Very nice owners, property is well maintained and clean, no trash rolling around pool is cleaned. A/C works great and the clean staff is very thorough. Cons: I give this motel a 10 out of 10 there hasn’t been an issue at all.

Affordable/ Bearable

Pros: I would say it was way cleaner INSIDE my room than I expected. The ac was good came in handy Cons: They definitely need better maintenance to the outside of the building (my door had an excessive amount of spiderwebs and clusters of what look like spider eggs). Just pest control for the place, I seen a roach twice out of the 7 days I stayed not that deep to me. There were flying insects getting into the room whenever I opened the door as well (I’m not personally afraid I can’t speak for everyone else).

Check before you rent

Pros: Nice employee and the room was clean. Cons: That the grass outside (we were on the 1st floor) was as tall as our knees fill with mosquitoes. You walk I n the sidewalk about 10 plus mosquitoes bite you. The second day they finally cut the grass but the mosquitoes were still there a lot of them. The tub had a broken plastic knob hard to turn on. The toilet was very low sitting on it, plus the bowl was over filled in water about 1/2 in to the top. Hate to say my husband said. His gentiles touched the water, ewww!! The bottom of the toilet on the floor side and back was a dark filling like i

Black mold in room 209.

Pros: The staff was nice and the location was great. Can’t beat the price. Cons: There was black mold on the ceiling and on the wall. Like visibly noticeable, and a huge area. I had to get up on a chair and clean it. We’re now sick. It was actually really bad. Someone can end up in the hospital.

Horrible asqueroso
