Pros: Now from the reservation, I put that I will arrive at 00:00-01:00 am on the 19th, when I arrive at the hotel the girl tells me that there are no rooms and that I must wait until 04:00 pm, so I asked her about the money and she tells me that they cannot do anything Cons: The service, the schedule. They do not comply with what they say
Floors were filthy, I was itching all night.
Pros: nothing it was gross Cons: It was filthy, if we were not so tired, I would have asked for another room
