We were given the wrong room, refused the room we paid for, treated unprofessionally, and had our privacy violated when
Pros: Unfortunately, there was almost nothing we liked about this property. The location also felt unsafe, and we were worried throughout the night that someone might break into or damage our car. Cons: This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Staff were discriminating told me I was flagged in the system even though I’ve never booked a motel 6 ever in my life I don’t know how that would be possible.

Horrible customer service
Cons: The people in the room next door were smoking pot 24/7 and it smelled bad. The TV did not work and I went to tell the front desk and the girl said the whole places TVs weren’t working. I wait a few hours and went back to ask for some sort of credit. She said I had to speak to the manager who wouldn’t be in until the next day. I asked for the manager's name and she refused to give it to me. I then asked for her name and she refused that as well. Horrible customer service. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. I seriously expected too much.
