Cockroach and dirty room
Pros: nothing Cons: As soon as I went into the room there was a cockroach. The floors were sticky and the bed was dirty. The tub in the bathroom was gross and had paint peeling. I went downstairs and told them I would not be staying somewhere that has cockroaches and wanted a refund. I was told to contact booking.com and I still haven't gotten my money back.
