Lovely hotel & staff but very pricey for what it is
Pros: It was very clean, good location & friendly staff Cons: The price was extremely high for the size of the room & facilities in the room.

Convenient location and friendly staff, but almost sleepless nights.
Pros: Great central location for visiting Edinburgh, spacious room with a bathroom that looks new, comfortable mattress. Tea and coffee set in the room Cons: The room was not soundproof at all, I really struggled to sleep: we were on the second floor but with the windows closed it felt like being on the ground floor, you could hear everything, from traffic, to street cleaning, to drunks arguing late at night, you can even hear what they say. And when the street was quiet (almost never) still the room had a continuous noise, as if there was an air conditioner exhaust from another room passing a

Great affordable location with clean, simple room.
The property was in a great location, very central to Waverly, Princes St and many attractions. The room was small but clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.
