A convenient location but, for the price, other hotels offer more

Pros: A convenient location to explore the city. The room was clean Cons: Noisy at night with guests coming in but I understand that’s city hotels. I had been emailing about sorting a surprise bottle of fizz for my husband’s birthday but this did not happen.
