Motto by Hilton Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square

a little more expensive than I'm used to and small room

Pros: no breakfast offered Cons: dirty sock on floor in room (606) Oct10-11

Pros: Location to Rittenhouse sq Cons: Parking for large vehicles not avail from hotel- but you can search around the area easily enough

Good for a brief stay

Pros: Location is fine, room is small but perfectly comfortable. Cons: No kettle for tea/coffee in the room, I asked for a water bottle at reception but they ran out, I asked about a late check-out due to the horrible weather outside, but wasn’t possible.

Good value for money, just don't send packages

Pros: The location was great; one of the ladies at the reception and the gentleman at the door were very friendly. There's a café conveniently located on the ground floor. Cons: I asked whether they stored packages for coming guests and they said yes, so my husband bought a motorcycle jacket on Amazon and we sent it to the hotel a few days ahead of my arrival. The item appears as delivered on Amazon, but it wasn't at the hotel and they say they never received it. This was a huge damper.

It's Ok, Good Location

Pros: I like the location in Center City and love Condesa. I like how secure the lobby doors are late at night. Cons: The room was small and the floors weren't clean. I thought the room would have a warm vibe like the lobby area.
