Great views

Pros: Helpful and competent receptionist Incredible view from room. Cons: It's a bit of a walk, maybe 20 mins or so, to central station, canal boats etc.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but meals are very expensive and it’s difficult to reach other restaurant

Pros: The location was ideal for the Cruise Terminal but it was very difficult to access trams if you are not able to walk long distances or climb stairs. Cons: Location. We could not easily access busses or teams to explore the city.
