Pros: Loved the location. Kids LOVED the chocolate hour and the free icecream. Room was good. Breakfast was good too. Cons: Price of Sundae for what you actually got

Excellent - we shall stay again when visiting Auckland.

Fantastic location for a few days in Auckland. Very comfortable beds and we loved the pillows!

Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Location is excellent. Staff friendly. Great for kids with complimentary ice cream and chocolate hour. Buffet breakfast great - and r ed Tarrant on top floor lovely with great views . Cons: A little boost at times - particularly Saturday night. Street noise but also other guests out in hall.

Pros: Spacious, lots of bathroom towel rails Cons: Neither swipe card worked at first (tried door handle both ways), so had to go back to reception
