Well worth the cost, great location. Will come back.
Pros: Modern, clean and excellent location. Great food and service. Close to major carparks. Cons: Traffic could be a little noisy at night…boy racers mainly.

Comfortable and excellent location
Pros: Clean, easy access and obliging staff Cons: Not luxurious but good value
was a good stay
Pros: the closeness to the city and surrounding amenities Cons: the breakfast wasent good value for money
It is a hotel I want to stay at again.
Pros: The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly. It is convenient as it is close to the ferry. There are convenience stores and cafes around. The breakfast was delicious. Cons: The elevator was not working well. There was trash in the hallway.
Great staff and location but generally not worth it
Pros: Staff were exceptional. Willing to work through every problem with a smile Cons: WiFi was down and despite the staff's best efforts, it couldn't be resolved. I suspect there wasn't much they could do about it. Queen rooms open directly to the lift lobby so don't choose them. Rooms are very cramped and the bed has a noticeable dip on the side closest to the door.
