Pros: Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. Concierge, Reception snd Coffee Bar (chocolate hour) staff were great - very helpful. The location was good - very convenient for the old quarter. Chocolate hour - lovely treat Cons: Housekeeping was a little inconsistent

Pros: Beds Cons: Even though it is over expensive according to Hanoi standarts, the service is definetly so bad. The reception was so rude as a manner, they are not helping on anything. Breakfast was weak with less european options. They are serving dried cheese from yesterday. They don’t make you fresh egg and want you to take the old one.
