Amazing staff & services
Pros: The staff were amazing, and the breakfast was good with a great variety. The location is very central, with coffee shops nearby if you wish to grab something outside the hotel. Cons: The hotel desperately needs a refresh, especially considering the price. For what you pay, it feels a bit overpriced for the overall condition.

Pros: Not good at all only good is the breakfast Cons: Room service Quality of rooms Leaking wash basin No help with the luggage movement during check out Not a convenient room setting with two wings to stay and going into a different wing for breakfast Lift taking to floor above 13 is bad and takes very long time as only one lift t.
