Good - thanks to the fortuitous upgrade
Pros: I received a room upgrade on this one night stay which was gratefully received. The room was a generous size, the bathroom was particularly spacious. The staff spoke good English, one of the waiters was proactive in initiating conversation and providing service. Cons: The room was a bit dusty and the desk area was not cleaned properly. The towels felt cheap and not-luxurious.
Staff seem desperate to provide the bare minimum and cut costs.

Cons: It was my second stay in the space of 3 days and the same receptionist who checked me in had no recollection of me. He asked if it was my first time at the hotel, which gave a very impersonal impression. I left laundry and it was lost when I enquired about it- eventually they found it but the receptionist seemed to have no clue of its where
