Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location to the train station and close to a shopping centre. Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Spotlessly clean, very close to Cabot circus and shopping.
Pros: I absolutely loved the hotel. It was quirky, spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: There wasn’t anything that I could criticise to be fair.

Muy cómodo y mejor de lo que esperaba.
Pros: La habitaciones son muy cómodos y lindas. Si bien no son muy grandes están muy bien y modernas. La ubicación no es céntrica. Tal vez para llegar a la noche puede que pases lugares oscuros, pero está muy cerca de la estación de buses y podés llegar caminando a muchas atracciones. Cons: No tengo ningún reclamo en particular, todo estuvo muy bien.

Soggiorno a Bristol
Pros: Hotel in buona posizione a ridosso del centro. Drink di benvenuto e staff cordiale. Stanza ampia e pulita. Cons: Le scale potevano essere più pulite. Abbiamo avuto un problema all'arrivo poiché il divano letto per i miei figli non era stato preparato ed in stanza mancava la biancheria per il letto e gli asciugamani per i figli. Dopo due richieste, in serata dopo cena, è stato sistemato il letto, avrei preferito trovare la stanza già pronta, data la stanchezza del viaggio.
