Pros: Peace Cons: There was still an old sock under the bed. And the drain at the sink was not working. And 7.50€ for a bottle of water is unacceptable in over 40 degrees. But tap water was available for free.

Pros: Liked the location, transfer. Normal room for one night. Cons: Payment by credit card only. This is inconvenient. They take an additional deposit and do not warn about it in advance. No kettle in the room.
