Not bad for a day or two but would eat else ware
Pros: Staff were good, Nice and polite and helpful. Location to airport is great,Location to excel was great, Some nice restaurants near by. Bar and food on site. Cons: Food could have been better wasnt the best. Breakfast wasnt great. only eat here once...

Pros: Breakfast was very varius. Lot of choice. Not expected! Cons: Dinner not at the same level of all the other services.
It was only 1 night to attend a seminar at the Excel Centre, but it was an enjoyable and comfortable
Pros: Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean and the security measures mean that no one who shouldn’t be there has access to the lifts. Cons: Someone explaining where everything was for breakfast because it was all spread out over a very large area in the foyer and reception area so I settled for something before realising that my preferred option was available but was unsighted at the time. My advice would be to check everywhere and see what’s available before settling on a choice for breakfast.
