Pros: Overall great location and the staff was great. Cons: A bit expensive for a hotel that does not provide proper breakfast and the rooms are extremely small.

Unfortunately not recommended even though a big fan of Moxy hotels- this was a terrible disappointment
Pros: Very nice lounger bar. Great view from 33rd floor overlooking the Empire Building. Cons: We arrived at 2:30 but check in was at 4pm- fair enough we waited in the lobby- in the end we had to wait until 5pm for the room with absolutely no apology. When i complained they offered a room without a view on a lower floor eve though i had paid for a different room- of course i refused. Very very small rooms- absolutely no space to open the suitcases. Problematic AC which kept switching on and off to regulate the temperature- which ended up becoming too warm. The soundproofing was very poor- you

Pros: Location was great and convenient to get to places to be honest
Pros: Location was great and convenient to get to places to be honest. It is also near food places i would go to. Staff was very nice and accommodating. taking public transportation was easy from here and overall good. Cons: The room definitely had water damage. The floor was puffed up in some places, water leaking from the shower into the toilet area. It wasnt just the areas near the bathroom, but it went up to the window and around the bed. The A/C especially during summer is awful. Why is it motion sensored? You always wake up sweating because the A/C doesnt turn on while you sleep.
