Cool hotel with funny design and details (games in the lobby, indoor basketball court).
Pros: Casual city hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Cons: Room service sometimes arrived very late.

We enjoyed our visit. It's a clean, modern hotel in a good area and very close to the subway.
Pros: It was definitely worth the extra cost to upgrade to a city view. The rooms are smaller than many places, but you are in the city after all. I also liked the modern style of this hotel. Cons: Checking in was probably the worst experience I've had at any hotel. The lobby at the main entrance is very small, so we took the elevator upstairs to check in at the bar. There were only 3 people ahead of us, but we waited about 45 minutes as their system had issues. It was also difficult to check in with our reservation as they claimed they couldn't find it even though it was in the system. The fi
