Modern fun hotel
Pros: Modern fun hotel. Very friendly helpful staff , very clean with a lovely big shower, comfortable beds, warm rooms. Nothing is too much trouble. We slept so well there. Great location, the shambles being a 5 minute walk away. I would love to come again. I can't imagine staying anywhere else Cons: I can't find fault with anything

Pros: Breakfast was amazing so much choice. Cons: Lovely room very well equipped and I loved the modern contemporary style. The staff were very friendly.

Im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr, deutlich schlechter.
Pros: Die Betten im Zimmer Nr.138 waren total durchgelegen. Cons: Die Dauerbeschallung in der Lounge. Als wir ankamen konnte ich beim Check in keine einzige Frage stellen. Im letzten Jahr fanden wir die Musik als Hintergrund-Musik angenehm. Dieses Mal hat die HOUSE-MUSIK einfach nur genervt. An drei von vier Tagen musste ich mir das Klopapier in der öffentlichen Toilette selber besorgen. Ist jetzt nicht eine Sache, weswegen ich daraus ein Thema machen würde. Am letzten Tag haben wir am Counter ein Taxi zum Bahnhof bestellt. Man sagte uns, der Taxifahrer würde reinkommen und wir brauchen uns
