We had a very enjoyable stay here. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool and comfortable.

Pros: The air conditioning works great, and the location is excellent. Cons: If you're staying on an upper floor, you might have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself, but luckily, a staff member helped us with ours. We were very grateful. When we first entered the room, it felt like no one had stayed there for a while, and there was some dust. However, after the staff cleaned it the next day, it improved noticeably.

Never again a hotel where at night no staff looks out for compliance with courtesy rules.

Pros: Actually great location but not suitable for hotel operation converted. Cons: Extremely noisy, strange behavior of other guests.

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: Very quiet area. Clean room. Everything is minimal and restrained. For a short stay. I liked the soft comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked and everyone slept well at night. In the morning, you could have a drink in the room. There is a coffee machine and good capsule coffee. Cons: No negatives.

Lovely location, great value

Pros: Beside the Heemraadssingel canal, which was lovely; view from bedroom over canal was nice, location was also convenient to public transport and major sights; we had an issue with the shower, we notified the owner and it was rectified inside 15 minutes Cons: Staircase was steep, but it is an old building; the bed had a topper which slipped a few inches every night; some extra storage on shelves would have been good
