Be careful!!!, they cannot solve problems efficiently

Pros: Breakfast was very good, and the person serving in the dining room was very formal. Cons: We did not have an elevator for half of the stay. We were on the 6th floor and the only compensation offered was a half-hearted apology. You do not pay for a hotel that has an elevator to simply offer an apology when it does not work, especially for so long and even more so if you are on the sixth floor. Consider finding another hotel nearby that can easily solve this type of problem or at least offer compensation for this type of situation.

Loved. Would stay again!

Pros: Location, staff, amenities, the room was spacious and comfortable. Cons: Some rooms are a bit darker than others, they don’t have as much light.

Pros: The entire stay was wonderful. The hotel is very pleasant and in an excellent location. It offers all the necessary amenities, is very clean, and I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cons: on the last day the elevator broke down and this caused slight inconveniences.

An urban oasis with exceptional service.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Although it is situated in a lively, high-traffic neighborhood, the soundproofing is excellent, and the room was a quiet haven. The highlights of our stay were the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast spread, which offered a fantastic variety of choices. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They are warm, attentive, and made my birthday extra special by leaving a bottle of cava in our room. We will definitely be back!
