A strange experience
Pros: Location, close proximity to Alexandra Palace, conti breakfast ok, Cons: No communal or seating areas in the house so confined to room only, no access to living room or garden, no breakfast dining area, no TV in the room, only one shared bathroom, excessive number of CCTV cameras everywhere which was very odd, & front door bolted all the time contrary to standard fire regs, so £200 per night is expensive for what it is

Pros: My family were able to stay in 2 x rooms where we all shared a bathroom, which worked very well for us. Delicious breakfast of fruits, coffee, orange, pastries, yoghurts etc Short walk to catch the bus which we caught to Finsbury Park. Very easy. Would definitely come back and stay again. Cons: Nothing
Perfect location for attending Ali Pali, area feels very safe staying with very friendly, professional hosts
Pros: Location, family run ( lovely family) B&B,spotlessly clean, fab breakfast (excellent coffee). Kept well informed & then easy to locate Would certainly use again. Cons: The stairs were a little steep to the bathroom a second handrail perhaps would help Personal thing I like my croissants warm not cold.
