Wonderful hotel
Pros: Wonderful modern hotel just outside Malmedy. Air conditioning. Plenty of exterior parking and a large free secure garage. Good for motorcycle security. Helpful staff. A fully featured hotel and a very nice restaurant with interior and exterior dining. A lovely place to stay. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Cons: Unfortunately, the service at this hotel leaves quite a bit to be desired. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and at times you get the distinct impression that you are viewed less as a guest and more as an opportunity for additional revenue. A good example is the wellness area. A quick splash in the rather small swimming pool (accompanied by a small sauna and a hammam that was too cold to be enjoyable) costs €29 per person for 2.5 hours.
