Just know this, it is a budget hotel and offer whatever best they can, for the amount you pay. The location is amazing, walking distance from train street and old quarters. The rooms are small but clean, you may or may not get a window in you room, please also know that a window in room is a luxury in Hanoi. Washrooms are small but clean. I booked this hotel perceiving as 3-star and also because of all the good reviews it shows up online. However, it's not. I had pre-booked their basic standard room for 1 night and upgraded room for 3 nights. Their standard rooms are extremely small, not suitable for even one person. The rooms are not properly cleaned on daily basis. The breakfast area is extremely small, far below average with very limited options. The washroom had bad smell.
