My Place Hotel- Salt Lake City I-215/West Valley City, UT

My Place Hotel. Definitely not “My Place”. Not one I will go to in the near future.

Pros: It was clean and in a nice location but that was it. Cons: I requested to be on 4th floor 3 weeks before I arrived and they didn’t even try to accommodate me. She simply said we sold out. I told her I put in the request three weeks ago and she just kept saying the same thing. I also paid for a room that had a recliner due to I had a recent knee surgery and they put me in the wrong room. I called down to speak with the front desk and she told me that’s the room I paid for. I told her I had the confirmation and she said bring it down. I brought it down and had to physically show her. My kn

Overall, it was a nice stay

Pros: Room was very nice with kitchen facility Cons: Washroom was comparatively small. Moreover, there were no kitchen utensils despite having the kitchenette we couldn’t use it

Checked out fifteen minutes after i checked in. Staff is garbage

Pros: Nothing at all. Cons: Staff was not pleasant. Acted like we were an inconvenience to her. The room was not as advertised. She was rude as hell. Bed said Queen when i booked it. It was a full bed. Checked out fifteen minutes after i checked in and found another hotel. Would and will not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. That was a waste of 167 dollars for me. Hotel next door was way better. Will never book that place again

Unclean better value elsewhere keep looking

Pros: I liked the location of the venue. Staff was pleasant Cons: Wow there's so much the room needed a lot of little repairs it was banged up a lot. Fridge didnt soek. Even after adjusting it it would not get cold at all it stayed at the same room temp the whole time coming in there was some dirty feminine hygiene thing behind the toilet that wasn't picked up the bed look like maybe one of them hadn't been slept on or it was slipped on very little and they had just kind of tidied up the sheet you could see underneath it had been slept in and the air conditioner the air conditioner was so lou

Great value great room clean room nice area close to local stores and restaurants

Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing the room was clean had a cooktop had a full size refrigerator clean crisp white sheets and blankets with the wavy outer doors lock and you have to use your key to get in and the Staff being right there I felt a sense of security being that I traveled by myself it was very quiet and calm there's no Riff Raff and it's in a pretty decent part of town Cons: I didn't like the fact that it says $100 deposit and it's really $200 deposit
